This retreat is an invitation to return to yourself. Nestled within the serene beauty of The Inn at Irwin Gardens in Columbus, Indiana—where quiet fountains, sculpted paths, and timeless architecture create a sanctuary—you’ll spend three gentle days exploring what’s unfolding within.
We begin by grounding in community and journaling practices that help you access your inner voice. Through guided meditation, mindful movement, and reflective writing, you’ll create space for insights to rise naturally. The gardens become companions in your process: places to walk slowly, to write without hurry, to breathe deeply.
